Our Mission
Rest/Reset Your Brain is dedicated to providing college students with access to mental health resources and support, aiming to empower them to cope with anxiety and mental health challenges. Our mission is to promote wellness, prevent mental health issues, and guide individuals in balancing academic responsibilities with mental well-being through education, awareness, and a supportive community.
Programs We Offer

Mindfulness Meditation Sessions
A series of guided meditations and mindfulness exercises designed to promote mental clarity and emotional well-being.

Wellness Resources Hub
A curated collection of mental health articles, coping strategies, and tools to support college students' mental and emotional wellness.

Balancing Academics and Mental Health Workshops
Interactive sessions led by mental health professionals, addressing topics such as managing panic attacks, maintaining a healthy study-life balance, and seeking help when needed.
